Phase One

Survey & Definition

We measure the building and the life inside it. Sightlines, daylight arcs, circulation and the way you actually use a room are recorded before a single finish is discussed.

Phase Two

Material Resolution

Every surface is specified against the survey, not a mood board. Stone is selected from the slab, joinery is drawn to the millimetre, and each choice is tested in situ light.

  • Full FF&E schedule and budget

Phase Three

Delivery & Handover

We hold the programme, coordinate the trades and protect the drawing. You receive a finished space, a maintenance manual and a two-year aftercare agreement.
