Most of our commissions are across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. For projects further afield, travel and logistics are discussed and itemised during your consultation.

Many single-unit and condo renovations complete in as little as 25 days from start to handover. Larger landed-house or commercial projects take longer -- we confirm an exact schedule after the site survey.

Yes, and most projects include it. Pieces are drawn in-house and built through our network of local carpentry and fabrication partners. You retain the drawings.

Every project includes a two-year aftercare agreement covering snagging, maintenance guidance and one annual review visit.

A fixed design fee based on scope, plus a procurement margin disclosed in full at proposal stage. We do not take undisclosed supplier commissions.

There is no fixed minimum -- project scope and fees are confirmed individually after your free site visit, from single-room refreshes to full home renovations.
